Whistler Blackcomb Lodge is a premium 45-unit boutique property located at the base of Whistler Mountain. Catering primarily to international ski enthusiasts and summer adventure travelers, the property offers high-end amenities including ski-in/ski-out access, private hot tubs, and concierge services.
Despite its prime location and excellent facilities, the property was underperforming against its competitive set (CompSet) during shoulder seasons and failing to maximize ADR (Average Daily Rate) during peak winter weeks due to static pricing models.
